Owner and chef, Francesca says 'my pillars as a chef are to make simple food really well. Sitting around the dinner table is where we make memories, find joy, celebrate, fall in love… I want everyone’s dinner table to be heaving with plates of beautiful and delicious food and so that is why I have created these hand blended spice mixes; a pinch here, a spoon there for beautiful meals to enjoy alone or share with loved ones".

She has crafted recipes to go with each spice blend and you will find her popping up at markets all over The Cotswolds...
