CATTIVO is a new venture from the team behind Roots + Seeds Kitchen Garden with its key focus on sustainability and creative cooking, in collaboration with restaurateur, chef and wild game hunter Mike Robinson.
Our secret (not so much a secret) to light, scrumptious pizza, is a preferment also known as a Biga. This 48 hour fermentation period gives the yeast a chance to develop a greater and more complex depth of flavour. That, and Mathews Cotswold Flour makes our pizza dough the BEST!
Cattivo is the ultimate fusion of cool sophistication and laid-back indulgence. The interior boasts an edgy yet cosy design, with industrial chic decor, ambient lighting, funky music and plush seating, perfect for unwinding after a long day with a cocktail or devouring delicious pizza.
