"I focus on functional training which helps gain strength and mobility and aids better function when performing everyday tasks. This type of movement is vital for anyone going through post operation recovery, pre and postnatal or if you are looking to feel stronger!

I believe if you look after your body you will enable yourself to feel fit for life. Being strong will help you through life hurdles, injuries and illnesses and add longevity to your life. The personal training sessions are held in a private gym space, clients book these sessions if they prefer to have more one to one time, ask lots of questions and have a fitness plan just for them.
