Tierra & Mar is an award-winning restaurant, situated on Cirencester’s Sheep Street.

It is run by husband-and-wife Brett, the head chef, and Silvia, whom is the front of house manager.

The restaurant takes inspiration from both their backgrounds; Brett being from the Wiltshire countryside and Silvia from Spain, where they have both previously worked.

The restaurant offers the best in fresh produce, whether seafood or meat, reared at the family's small holding near Cirencester.
