What is the Cotswold Collective?

The Cotswold Collective is a community providing Members with access to private events, exclusive perks and discounts with the best local businesses, for just £30 a year.

What is a Membership?

An annual Membership is a paid- for account providing you with a digital membership card to access perks and discounts across the Cotswolds, as well as invitations to exclusive events.

How do I use my Membership?

Show your digital membership card when making a booking or purchase, or use the online discount code shown in the listing.

Where is my Membership Card?

Your Membership Card is digital and can be accessed at any time by visiting the link below, or using the User icon in the top right corner of the website (when logged in).

How do I join?

You can set up your membership online and you’ll receive your digital membership card immediately.  You can also manage you profile through a simple online dashboard.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time through your online dashboard or by contacting us.  Your Membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle as we cannot offer a pro-rated refund.

Can I suggest a business for your directory?

Please do! We love recommendations. Tag us in social or make a suggestion by contacting us.

Can I submit my own business to your directory?

Please feel free! We’d love to hear from you. Tag us in social or tell us more using the Submit a Business page.

What happens if a business does not accept my Membership Card or discount code?

All of our Partner businesses have made a commitment to provide our Members with the agreed Perk. If you’re not able to use your Membership for any reason, please contact us immediately.

Who do I contact if there's a problem?

If you have a problem with the Product or Service you purchased, please contact the business directly. If you’re experiencing a problem with this website or your Membership card, please contact us for assistance.
