We are excited to kick off the New Year by bringing together a fabulous group of people to the gorgeous Meadow Room at Elkstone Studios.

During the morning you’ll have delicious food provided by The Grazy Lady, a hot drink of choice and plenty of opportunity to meet likeminded, inspiring individuals.

With a very special keynote from Alison Bale of Mind Insight – we will be providing you with some practical mindfulness tools to take into the New Year to be your best self in your personal and professional lives.

We also have Tara from Tara Estella Beauty & Wellness providing mini hand massages. Using reflexology self help points of the palm, she’ll be demonstrating techniques you can takeaway and use on yourself to ease stressful moment in your day.

The morning will leave you motivated, inspired and ready to jump into 2024 with a bang!
