Grow and Gather - SUMMER

Think summer evening energy, great people and a chance to try something totally different.

Grow & Gather is all about microdosing wellness experiences. You’ll move around four immersive pods in small groups, spending 15 minutes in each. It’s playful, social, and designed to leave you feeling energised, inspired and connected.

Halfway through our sessions we will all come together for a delicious seasonal feast and more mocktails, as well as a talk from our event sponsor The Bespoke Life. As always there will be many magical moments along the way.

🍯 Merry May Honey

Get ready for something totally unique – an interactive honey experience where you’ll taste, play, and learn through a beautifully crafted game-style workshop. It’s going to be sweet in every sense of the word.

🥁 Rooted by Bethan


Bringing the magic of rhythm to the evening with a live drumming circle. Expect connection, energy, and that deep, grounding feeling that only music can create.

🧠 LS Psychotherapy


A fun, interactive deep-dive into how your brain and body shape your desires. Through a quiz-style experience, you’ll uncover insights about yourself in a way that’s light, engaging, and genuinely eye-opening.

🎨 Paint Pot Parties


A dreamy, summer-inspired watercolour workshop to help you slow down, create, and soak in the moment. Think soft colours, sunshine vibes, and a little creative escape.

This is your sign to grab a friend, try something new, and soak up those summer night vibes in the Cotswolds.
