Grow & Gather is all about microdosing wellness experiences. You’ll move around four immersive pods in small groups, spending 15 minutes in each. It’s playful, social, and designed to leave you feeling energised, inspired and connected.

Halfway through our sessions we will all come together for a delicious seasonal feast and more mocktails, as well as a talk from our event sponsor The Bespoke Life. As always there will be many magical moments along the way.

Learn how to make your very own Christmas Crackers.

The incredible Dani Seatter, creator of Eco-able, is bringing her sustainable creativity to Grow & Gather with this extra festive flair! You’ll learn how to make and wrap your very own Christmas crackers, ready to bring a personal touch to your festive traditions at home. Add your own jokes and little surprises inside, and discover how to create something truly unique for your Christmas table.

Discover the Magic of Handbells

Join the Bell Ripple trio for a festive and interactive introduction to the fascinating art of handbell ringing. With over 20 years of experience, the trio will demonstrate the skill, precision and musicality behind this unique tradition, including a special performance of a Christmas carol. You’ll be invited to get hands-on with the bells and explore how different sounds, rhythms and musical combinations can come together. This fun and accessible taster offers everyone the chance to make music together.

Discover Food as Decor

Explore how food can become part of your table styling in this fun, hands-on festive workshop. You’ll discover how beautiful ingredients, colours and finishing touches can transform food into part of the overall table experience, bringing together flavour, creativity and visual appeal. You’ll create your own festive canapé, combining delicious seasonal ingredients with a few special finishing touches, including edible gold leaf. A lovely little experience to inspire your festive entertaining and bring something extra special to your Christmas table.

Exploration into Pranic Healing & Vital Energy Workshop

Introducing pranic healing and exploring the expansive field of energy medicine. Explore where we draw our vital energy from and learn simple exercises designed to help open and activate the body’s meridian channels.You’ll be guided through techniques to become more aware of energy within the body and learn how to notice and connect with these sensations for yourself.
