With 8 beautiful beds and a team of experienced, down-to-earth instructors, we are here to guide you, whether it's your first Pilates class or you are looking to take your practice to the next level. Core Connections was born from a shared passion for movement and a deep belief in the power of community. Founders Hannah & Nassi met through a true meeting of minds, both united by a love for Pilates and a vision to make it more joyful, inclusive and accessible for everyone.
