Our Raw Cotswolds Honey comes from scenic rural regions where the bees forage on wild rose, bramble, elder and limeflower. This honey has a beautiful depth of flavour with soft sweet notes initially followed by beautiful flavours. Pollen packed - our raw Cotswolds wildflower honey has been removed from the honeycomb then strained to eliminate elements that may fall into the honey to provide you with the pure elixir of nutrients, anti oxidants, pollen and flavour.
