Wagyu & Feather is a focused kitchen at Gloucester Food Dock built around British Wagyu beef and buttermilk fried chicken. We specialise in refined street food with a clear emphasis on quality ingredients, consistency, and bold flavour combinations. Every element is deliberate. From grass fed British Wagyu to our buttermilk fried chicken and house made sauces, nothing is rushed and nothing is average. Our menu is built to stand out without overcomplicating. Signature burgers, loaded fries, and new flavour concepts such as REDLINE, combining Hop Kettle pilsner and Haka Rum hot sauce into a unique glaze, reflect our approach to modern street food. We operate from a fixed kitchen within Gloucester Food Dock, serving customers who value quality, flavour, and a direct no compromise food experience. This is not fast food. This is Wagyu & Feather.
