As whisky drinkers, Angus and Minnie share a passion for making truly remarkable spirits. After a year of recipe development designed to create a transportive experience to tea and cake in a Cotswold garden, the result is something they are very proud of and believe the quality speaks for itself.

Copper Lion is distilled with ultimate care by Minnie in the Cotswolds and is a London Dry Gin of exceptional quality at a respectable strength of 45% abv. Copper Lion possesses the complexity, balance & texture to be enjoyed neat as well as more traditionally mixed. This fiercely independent spirit makes a phenomenal G&T, a cracking Gin & Ginger and a mean Martini!

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Cut grass, jasmine & fresh lime
Palate: Juniper & gingerbread
Finish: Soft cinnamon & sweet marmalade

There is no plastic in the packaging and the tamperproof shrink is home compostable cellulose. Angus and Minnie also have grand plans underway to build a local off-grid renewable energy powered distillery so watch this space.
